Ireland Government Scholarship 2022/23 is a Government-sponsored scholarship for postgraduate and undergraduate students. It is a fully-funded scholarship for international students who wish to study at a university in Ireland.
This scholarship is funded by the Irish government. With the Irish Government Graduate Scholarship, 60 scholarships are available to postgraduate students in Ireland. From this program, all expenses (travel, accommodation and tuition fees) will be covered.
The Government of Ireland -International Education Scholarship (GOI-IES) scheme was established under the provisions of the Government’s International Education Strategy, 2010–2015 with the goal of bringing together young people from different parts of the world to strengthen global relations.

Who can apply to Ireland Government Scholarship?
- The Ireland government scholarship program is for the following students
- Candidates who are in their final year student of an undergraduate programme.
- A candidate who is interested in one year of a taught master’s degree programme or
- Research programme for one year (e.g. one year of a 2-year
research masters or a 3-4-year PhD programme).
